We've had a great summer so far, and want to let you know what's upcoming. We had a great time this morning again at the Provo Farmer's Market. It's always a nice place to be on a Saturday morning. We'll most likely be back there in 2 weeks in the beginning of August. (We're taking Pioneer Day weekend off so we can attend to out-of-town events like weddings of siblings and what-not)
Then, the next week we'll be playing at Macey's in Provo for an event with the Utah County Fair. Come see us there on the 7th from 11 to 12.
We're also looking into more events with the Utah County Fair, and also Payson's Onion Days celebration in early September - more on that as we find out.
A tip of the hat to you,

Freedom Days
The P-Town Sliders this weekend played at the Freedom Days Festival! The Tabernacle Stage was a great venue - and they loved us! Here's a coupla numbers from there:
Saints
In spite of having to sort out a little miscommunication with the sound crew over a mic, this one came out good. They did a good job, as you can see:
Five Foot Two
This one was fun - we loved the crowd there, too.

Sliders Make First Appearance at Provo Farmer's Market!
Our first public debut of the summer was this last Saturday at the Provo Farmer's Market! What a great time was had by all!
We played some good ole tunes amongst the folks there, including Daisy, When the Saints Go Marching In, and the Sousa march Semper Fideles, to name a few. Most of them were arranged specifically for us, as well.
A special thanks goes out to our seamstress(es), who worked entirely too hard to get us our fine and dandy vests we're sportin' here.
Here's a few pics, and a clip of Yankee Doodle, as sung by our very own -- the Duke, Frederick Stevenson!
Here's a bit of Yankee Doodle (or at least the first couple of verses - there's a whole kaboodle of 'em). AndyHeim leads off with the first one, and Steven sings all the rest of 'em.
